Pin 8 ((EXMOD)       -     Pin 9 (Disc)

Pin 21 (AUD)       -          Pin 19 (EPTTO)

Pin 19 (EPTTO)      -       Pin 17 (Busy)

 

In the programming software, insure that LMR > Common > Common has "De-emph Setting" set to: "Auto"

In the radio:

Short solder pad D (Ex Mod Direct)

Open/cut Solder pad E (Option Mod Direct)

Analog: To use as a closed system with CTCSS, connect the wire to pin 21 (AUD) instead of pin 17 (Busy) on Radio A.

 

Digital: To use as a closed system with RAN, connect wire to pin 18 (COR) instead of pin 17 (Busy) on Radio A.

 

In the programming software, change "LMR > Common > Common" - "De-emph Setting"  to: "Internal".

 

In the radio:

Open/cut solder pad E (Option Mod Direct)

Short/Bridge solder pad N (Ex Mod)
